our summer in a nutshell

I won't even begin the long list of excuses of why I haven't posted since June... however Kolby did get me an SD card reader for my new computer, which will solve the issue of getting photos from the camera to computer! Just to fast forward until now,  here is what our summer looked like:

 4th of July spent in Bend with the cousins- Lily and Leighton are only 9 months apart... they will be trouble together before we know it!

A little 1x1 time with Grammy [who those beautiful curls came from!]

Nana taught Lily how fun it is to play with the hose

A few sunny play dates with Vera,  quite the peas in a pod.

Of course the first time playing in the sprinkler!

Daddy's Yankee in Training :) 

Some rainy days in between to keep us occupied from inside

Broke in our first real BBQ!

This girl lived for her sandbox time!

Lil found her love for coloring

This not-so-little-one started fitting into some of mommy's old clothes! [Nana made this one!]

The first road trip to the Oregon Coast for Lil! [post to follow]

and Lucky enjoyed the never ending fetch partner

Hope our outdoor expeditions don't come to an end with the recent arrival of rain!
